    The common location allows for easier cooperation between the organizations, easier access to support services companies and international logistics systems.
    Dubai is already recognized as a transport and logistics center with modern infrastructure to support both the logistics of humanitarian aid and the requirements of aid organizationsadministrations.

    IHC can issue licenses to:
    • Branches of international nonprofit organizations and commercial companies

    Required documents for FZ-LLC and Branch of existing company:
    FZ-LLC-individual applicant:
    • Filled application form.
    • A trade name must be registered and proof of registration submitted with the application.
    • The applicant must obtain initial approval from the proper authorities.
    • Passport copy of the applicant/owner
    • Passport copy and C.V of the manager If a manager is designated
    • A completed Personal Information Sheet is required from owner/shareholder and designated manager.
    • physical address in the Free Zone.
    • A notarized power of attorney If a local agent is utilized.
    FZ-LLC - corporate applicant:
    • filled application form.
    • A trade name must be registered and proof of registration submitted with the application.
    • The applicant must obtain initial approval.
    • passport copies of Shareholders.
    • Designated the manager must provide a passport copy and C.V.
    • A completed Personal Information Sheet is required from each shareholder and designated manager.
    • A Memorandum and Article of Association from the corporate applicant.
    • A resolution from the board of directors of the corporate applicant indicating the intent to establish a new setup abroad.
    • A certificate of registration for the corporate applicant
    • The business must have a physical address in the Free Zone.
    • The local agent must have a notarized power of attorney If a local agent is utilized
    Branch of an existing company:
    • Filled application form.
    • A trade name must be registered and proof of registration submitted with the application.
    • The applicant must obtain initial approval from the proper authorities.
    • passport copies of shareholders.
